Arts Therapy

I am a Health & Care Professions Council registered Dramatherapist (AS13548), British Association of Dramatherapists (BADTH) registered clinical supervisor and a full member of BADTH. I am a qualified teacher and have worked for over twelve years in both secondary schools and further education. I currently lecture in Dramatherapy at Anglia Ruskin University.

My approach as a dramatherapist is client-centred. This means that I work collaboratively with the client to work at their pace in an open and honest way. The objective is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. It is through this relationship that change and development can take place. Within my practise I use the necessary therapy and creative skills to meet the individual needs of the client.

I provide clinical supervision to therapists and non-therapists (nurses, teachers, frontline service providers).
